My wife and I wanted a VPN installed in our new house on our router plus our laptops/phones. I called at least six places and tried to get some IT help. Everyone turned this request down claiming they only worked with businesses. Click IT took us on as a residential customer. I was prepared for the worst, but it turned out to be the best possible experience I could have wished for. They bought a new router to be bridged with my existing router, created accounts, downloaded software and EVERYTHING worked first time. Give them a call. You might just be surprised.

The hinge on my laptop broke and the screen was cracking. Dustin and his team were able to fix it in a week's time. The staff was very professional when assessing the damage and the pricing was reasonable for the amount of work needed to be done. Fantastic experience! I needed the fans replaced in my gaming laptop. I found Click IT after Micro Center told me it would take a week to do the replacement.
