Small businesses of all types fall victim to identity fraud. This happens when cyber-criminals impersonate you or your business in an attempt to steal personal information or funds.

Our company fell victim to one of these crimes. While we had great protection and safety measures, it did not stop the criminal from creating a "similar" website and email that was used to post to job boards and then get personal information from applicants.

Click IT Computers Marietta stepped in quickly to help. They performed a triage analysis and then began taking steps immediately to shut down the fake domain and email. They provided regular status updates and kept in contact with us to get the issue under control and eventually resolved. This took significant time and work, but Click IT Computers Marietta got the job done. And the price was within our small business budget!

We now have plans to be even more diligent to protect the Cobblestone Consulting brand and reduce the risk of future fraud attacks.

My wife and I wanted a VPN installed in our new house on our router plus our laptops/phones. I called at least six places and tried to get some IT help. Everyone turned this request down claiming they only worked with businesses. Click IT took us on as a residential customer. I was prepared for the worst, but it turned out to be the best possible experience I could have wished for. The hinge on my laptop broke and the screen was cracking. Dustin and his team were able to fix it in a week's time.
