My mother-in-law (who lives in Marietta, GA) needed some assistance setting up a new Apple iMac including installation of Microsoft Office, reestablishing all of her social media accounts, connecting to her home printer and Wi-Fi. Small businesses of all types fall victim to identity fraud. This happens when cyber-criminals impersonate you or your business in an attempt to steal personal information or funds.

Our company fell victim to one of these crimes. While we had great protection and safety measures, it did not stop the criminal from creating a "similar" website and email that was used to post to job boards and then get personal information from applicants.

Click IT Computers Marietta stepped in quickly to help. They performed a triage analysis and then began taking steps immediately to shut down the fake domain and email. They provided regular status updates and kept in contact with us to get the issue under control and eventually resolved. This took significant time and work, but Click IT Computers Marietta got the job done. And the price was within our small business budget!

We now have plans to be even more diligent to protect the Cobblestone Consulting brand and reduce the risk of future fraud attacks.

My wife and I wanted a VPN installed in our new house on our router plus our laptops/phones. I called at least six places and tried to get some IT help. Everyone turned this request down claiming they only worked with businesses. Click IT took us on as a residential customer. I was prepared for the worst, but it turned out to be the best possible experience I could have wished for. They bought a new router to be bridged with my existing router, created accounts, downloaded software and EVERYTHING worked first time. Give them a call. You might just be surprised.

Click It provides service beyond all expectations. I am not a techy so, having support of the entire team at Click It has been a game changer. They support me in all my computer and technological needs, no matter the size. It is truly like having an IT dept at your fingertips. I work from home and the entire team is just a phone call away and can even makes house calls.

Both Dustin and Amelia are superstars and have the knowledge, expertise, understanding and patience to make any one feel comfortable when dropping in or calling on the phone. Friendly, too. The hinge on my laptop broke and the screen was cracking. Dustin and his team were able to fix it in a week's time. The staff was very professional when assessing the damage and the pricing was reasonable for the amount of work needed to be done. Fantastic experience! I needed the fans replaced in my gaming laptop. I found Click IT after Micro Center told me it would take a week to do the replacement. Need help with your laptop or doing tech stuff for your home or business? Then look no further than Click IT of Marietta on Cobb Parkway past The Battery. They offer a ton of services to help you resolve the infamous blue screen of death, but they can do a lot more like IT security, website design, file management and support for data recovery. Ask for Dustin or Amelia and they will get you taken care of. I had a laptop that was on its last leg of a hard drive, and Dustin and his team were able to expertly diagnose and handle the situation. Proud to say I got my laptop back up and running with a 1 TB hard drive that runs like brand new again.
