      They were excellent. There guess for my Mac laptop was that the display was broken, and it was. After checking it, they gave me an estimate, took care the repair, and were done on time. I happily recommend them for timelines and good work.

      Small businesses of all types fall victim to identity fraud. This happens when cyber-criminals impersonate you or your business in an attempt to steal personal information or funds.
      
      Our company fell victim to one of these crimes. While we had great protection and safety measures, it did not stop the criminal from creating a "similar" website and email that was used to post to job boards and then get personal information from applicants.
      
      Click IT Computers Marietta stepped in quickly to help. They performed a triage analysis and then began taking steps immediately to shut down the fake domain and email. They provided regular status updates and kept in contact with us to get the issue under control and eventually resolved. This took significant time and work, but Click IT Computers Marietta got the job done. And the price was within our small business budget!
      
      We now have plans to be even more diligent to protect the Cobblestone Consulting brand and reduce the risk of future fraud attacks.

      I visited click it twice and I had a great experience in both of them. I had a pretty problematic msi laptop but they did a great job in terms of fixing it as well as keeping me posted about the progress, expected cost etc. They are super nice, friendly and knowledgeable, keep up the great work!

      My wife and I wanted a VPN installed in our new house on our router plus our laptops/phones. I called at least six places and tried to get some IT help. Everyone turned this request down claiming they only worked with businesses. Click IT took us on as a residential customer. I was prepared for the worst, but it turned out to be the best possible experience I could have wished for. They bought a new router to be bridged with my existing router, created accounts, downloaded software and EVERYTHING worked first time. Give them a call. You might just be surprised.

      Click It provides service beyond all expectations. I am not a techy so, having support of the entire team at Click It has been a game changer.       I cannot express enough how grateful I am to these guys. They are beyond dedicated. My PC had what felt like endless problems and they kept working at it until it was resolved. Other businesses would have likely charged me more and worked at a far slower pace. If you have any issues this is the place to go.       The hinge on my laptop broke and the screen was cracking. Dustin and his team were able to fix it in a week's time. The staff was very professional when assessing the damage and the pricing was reasonable for the amount of work needed to be done. I would recommend ClickIT to anyone with pc/laptop issues and will be using them in the future.

      Fantastic experience! I needed the fans replaced in my gaming laptop. I found Click IT after Micro Center told me it would take a week to do the replacement. Click IT replaced the fans and got my laptop back to me in under 2 hours. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, I immediately felt comfortable leaving my pc with them for service.       Need help with your laptop or doing tech stuff for your home or business? Then look no further than Click IT of Marietta on Cobb Parkway past The Battery. They offer a ton of services to help you resolve the infamous blue screen of death, but they can do a lot more like IT security, website design, file management and support for data recovery. Ask for Dustin or Amelia and they will get you taken care of. I had a laptop that was on its last leg of a hard drive, and Dustin and his team were able to expertly diagnose and handle the situation. Proud to say I got my laptop back up and running with a 1 TB hard drive that runs like brand new again. Save your money and get your computers repaired by Click IT, they are your local IT department in Cobb County and Cumberland Smyrna.

      Had an EXCELLENT first experience with Click IT Computers today! I called needed some assistance troubleshooting an issue that was beyond my abilities. Dustin was able to come out same day and diagnose my problem and recommend a solution. We will be having him return to install a backup power supply for our set up as well.
